Virtual Visit Payment Conditions


- If 36h before the visit, the payment has not been made, the Virtual Visit will be canceled.



- If you are unable to attend the booked time, we will not refund the amount paid. If you notify us at least 24h in advance, we can re-schedule the visit.

- If finally the Virtual Visit cannot be done for technical problems, contact us to plan it for another day.



- Payment can be made through the secure platform we provide you (CaixaBank).

- If you have made the payment but on the payment page it is not marked as paid is because we have not received the confirmation, contact us to check it.



- If you make the payment through CaixaBank, you accept its Privacy Policy.
